I have a desktop with a socket 775 cpu and am looking for a good non liquid cooling solution for the cpu? - cpu liquid cooling

My processor is a Core with 3.2 GHz Pentium D dual-share with the heatsink, I am fan unit 58C at idle and up to 80 ° C at full load. As soon as I to 88C, which is the hell of me than the limit of this CPU frightened 96C. I need a better processor cooling solution that does not contain the liquid.
