Do not bother going to Europe. It will not work. I do not know why some people simply do not answer a question of a person.
Believe me, it's the right answer. Visit the website if you doubt. Sirius and XM will work only in the continental U.S., and if you subscribe to XM Canada, it is clear that the work there. (Both will work in the United States / Canada border towns with more or less force.)
Have fun in Europe, I spent three weeks last summer.

It will not work! Sirius Satellite Radio works only in the United States and Canada. If you are using a Sirius Stiletto 100, a laptop can be online in order to invite and listen to Sirius programming via a wireless connection.
